My Story
Creative, caring and naturally people-focused, my career has taken me through the arts, events, management, education and marketing—always leading me to roles centred around connection and support. For the past decade, I’ve worked as a wedding and events manager, a role I’ve truly loved. I’ve guided couples through every stage of their planning journey, helping them shape a celebration that feels authentic, meaningful and uniquely theirs.

Because the venue I work with hosts a wide range of occasions, I’ve also had the honour of supporting many bereaved families through funerals, wakes and memorials. Being able to offer gentle guidance, a listening ear and steady reassurance during such vulnerable times has deeply shaped the way I work—and ultimately inspired my path to becoming a celebrant.

Kindness, patience, compassion, trust and the ability to truly listen aren’t just professional skills—they’re relational qualities. As a mother, wife, sister, daughter, aunt and a great friend to many, I have cultivated these qualities in my day-to-day life, making me a steady, reassuring presence for the people I serve. It is these relationships that help me shape ceremonies that feel rich, real and human.
